Terms of Service

yrdgo is a marketplace for discovering, posting, saving, and sharing yard sale and similar local sale listings. You may use the site only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
• You must keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You should provide accurate account and listing information and keep it reasonably current.

If you publish a listing, you are responsible for that listing and for the accuracy of the information you post.

• Listings should describe a real sale, at a real location, with real dates and details.
• You should only publish photos and text you have the right to use.
• You should not post misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or fraudulent content.
• You are responsible for complying with any local rules, permits, or restrictions that apply to your sale.

• Posting spam, scams, fake sales, duplicate abuse, or deceptive listings.
• Using the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud others.
• Attempting to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
• Interfering with the site, bypassing restrictions, or scraping the service in a way that harms operations.

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give yrdgo a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and format that content as needed to operate and promote the marketplace.

This license ends when the content is removed from the service, except to the extent copies must be retained for backup, legal, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.

We may review, limit, remove, or refuse content or accounts that appear to violate these terms, create risk for users, or harm the marketplace. Reports from users may inform moderation decisions, but we are not obligated to act on every report in a particular way.

yrdgo may link to or rely on third-party services such as maps, geocoding providers, storage providers, or other external services. We are not responsible for the separate policies, uptime, or behavior of those third-party services.

yrdgo is a listings platform. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, active, safe, lawful, available, or worth attending. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own decisions, arrangements, and in-person interactions.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, yrdgo disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the marketplace.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of yrdgo after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
